So here the theme of this year 2014/15 comes in: Kuh/Gnu.In a way a double theme, to extinguish in Bachelor and Master Students.In a slightly changed jour fix rhythm, see the schedule attached, some single fields of attention will be covering the theme Kuh/Gnu; like food-, waste-, money- or mobility- strategies. Our first meeting will start with a brainstorm to expand this list of interests.
During the year we will have an unconventional lectures series where the cooking itself is the basic ingredient. The guest is at the same time the hostess. His or her quote is to create the ideal prerequisites for a conversation by offering good food. The beamer will be exchanged by a stove and a wooden spoon.
